Grand Rapids Air Center, is seeking an energetic and experienced Receptionist for a part time position.

 

Responsible for:

 

• Direct calls and visitors as appropriate
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services
• Performs clerical duties
• Be the primary point of administrative contact to our staff
• Process credit cards
• Place catering orders, making travel arrangements, hotel and car reservations
• Participates in other projects and support activities as assigned

 

Requirements:

 

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills; good command of the English language, verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and collectively with other coworkers; able to accept direction on given assignments and to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Must be effective at interfacing with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Working knowledge of office machines and equipment (fax machine, copier, printer, etc.)
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and the Internet.

 

Candidates must have the willingness to work flexible hours.

Aviation related experience or knowledge helpful.
